Drawing the Future

ABOUT THE PROJECT

I use 3D visualising to show how architecture will look. A few years ago, I depicted the iconic Gherkin in London. Thanks to the Intel hardware, I could use advanced programmes which allowed me to experiment with the finish of the external structure and try different colour tones on the diagonal bracing, which is what gives it its distinctive character From an early age I wanted to create my own world. Now, with Intel technology, I can explore 3D geometry and spatial interplay to create complex 3D visualisations of architecture and interior design I dream of a future where the increasing power of computers means that the virtual world is indistinguishable from the real world that we inhabit. In this new epoch, I can harness next-generation technology to create a completely immersive experience that engages all the senses

HOW INTEL PLAYED A PART IN THE PROJECT

The artist is only as good as his tools. For complex 3D modelling and visualising, I need high-speed rendering of life-like imagery. A high speed Intel processor gives me quicker lead times, so I can create this work faster, with more complex layers and 3D imagery
